Translation:

Makhi ne wada kiya, "Main khushi se tumhari madad karungi, aao mere aqalmand mendak dost se milte hain."

Sab mil kar rawana huay, umeed ke saath ke mendak un ke liye koi hal nikaalay ga.

English:

The fly promised, "I’ll gladly help you, let’s meet my wise frog friend."

The fly believed the frog’s wisdom and strong voice.

United, they set out, hopeful the frog would help them find a solution.

Translation:

Makhi ne chiriyon aur hudhud ko jungle se guzar kar apne aqalmand mendak ke paas le gaya.

Joon joon woh chaltay gaye, un ke dukh mein kami aati gayi aur umeed barhti gayi.

Aakhirkaar, woh talaab tak pohanchay, apni kahani sunanay ke liye tayar.

English:

The fly led the sparrows and woodpecker through the forest to his wise frog.

Hope grew as they traveled, each step easing their sorrow.

At last, they reached the pond, ready to share their story.

Translation:

Mendak ne makhi ko kaha ke woh haathi ke paas jaye.

Makhi haathi ke kaan mein aik khoobsurat gana gaye.

Haathi khush ho jaye ga aur apni aankhen band kar le ga.

English:

The frog told the fly to go to the elephant .

The fly should sing a nice song in the elephant’s ears.

The elephant will be happy and close his eyes.

مینڈک نے ہُدہُد کو کہا کہ جب ہاتھی کی آنکھیں بند ہوں تو اسے چونچ سے چبھائے۔

پھر ہاتھی کو پیاس لگتی ہے اور وہ پانی تلاش کرنے لگتا ہے۔مینڈک دلدل میں کرکراہٹ کرنے لگتا ہے۔

ہاتھی سوچتا ہے کہ وہاں پانی ہے، دلدل میں قدم رکھتا ہے اور پھنس جاتا ہے۔

Translation:

Mendak ne hudhud ko kaha ke jab haathi ki aankhen band hon to use choanch se chubhae.

Phir haathi ko pyaas lagti hai aur woh paani talaash karne lagta hai. Mendak daldal mein kirkaraahat karne lagta hai.

Haathi sochta hai ke wahan paani hai, daldal mein qadam rakhta hai aur phans jata hai.

English:

The frog told the woodpecker to prick his eyes when they are closed.

The elephant then gets thirsty and tries to find water. The frog then starts croaking in the swamp.

Thinking there’s water, the elephant steps into the swamp and gets stuck.
