Ēnuguku dāhaṁ vēsi nīḷḷu vetukkōvaḍāniki prayatnistundi. Kappa chittaḍilō aravaḍaṁ prārambhistundi.

Nīḷḷu unnāyani anukuṇṭū, ēnugu chittaḍilōki aḍugupeṭṭi chikkukupōtundi.

English:

The frog told the woodpecker to prick his eyes when they are closed.

The elephant then gets thirsty and tries to find water. The frog then starts croaking in the swamp.

Thinking there’s water, the elephant steps into the swamp and gets stuck.
