Puraakkal unbadil mummuramaaga irundhadhaal, vettaikaaran valaiyai izhuththaan.

Ellaap puraakkalum adhil sikkikondana.

Avargal adirchchiyum bayamum adaindhanaar.

English:

As the doves were busy eating, the hunter pulled the net.

All the doves were caught in it.

They were shocked and scared.
