हाथी वहाँ से चला गया।

गौरैयों ने अपने टूटे हुए अंडों को देखकर दुख महसूस किया।

गौरैया चिल्लाई, "उसे सबक सिखाना ही होगा।

Translation:

Haathi wahan se chala gaya.

Gauraiyon ne apne toote hue andon ko dekhkar dukh mehsoos kiya.

Gauraiya chillai, "Use sabak sikhana hi hoga.

English:

The elephant left the place.

The sparrows felt sad looking at their broken eggs.

Sparrow cried out, "he must learn a lesson".

Woodpecker offering help to grieving sparrows

पास के पेड़ पर एक कठफोड़वा था, जिसने यह देखा और गौरैयों के पास उड़कर आया।

उसने कहा, "प्रिय गौरैयों, मैं हाथी के किए पर बहुत गुस्से में हूँ।

Translation:

Paas ke ped par ek kathphodwa tha, jisne yeh dekha aur gauraiyon ke paas udkar aaya.

Usne kaha, "Priya gauraiyon, main haathi ke kiye par bahut gusse mein hoon.

Usne yeh bhi kaha, "Main tumhein use sabak sikhane mein madad karoonga.

English:

A woodpecker in a nearby tree saw this and flew to the sparrows.

He said, "Dear sparrows, I am furious about what the elephant did".

He also said, "I will help you to teach him a lesson".

Wood pecker talking about a fly

कठफोड़वा ने आशा से कहा, "मैं एक चालाक मक्खी को जानता हूँ जो हमारी मदद कर सकती है।

वह छोटी है, लेकिन तेज़ और विचारों से भरी हुई है।

Translation:

Kathphodwa ne aasha se kaha, "Main ek chaalaak makkhī ko jaanta hoon jo hamari madad kar sakti hai.

Woh chhoti hai, lekin tez aur vicharon se bhari hui hai.

Mere saath chalo, chalkar use dhoondhte hain aur dekhte hain hum saath mein kya kar sakte hain.

English:

The woodpecker said with hope, "I know a clever fly who can help us.

He may be small, but he’s quick and full of ideas.

कठफोड़वे ने मक्खी को बताया कि हाथी ने गौरैयों के अंडों को नष्ट कर दिया।

मक्खी ने सुना और गौरैयों के लिए न्याय की योजना बनाने में मदद करने के लिए तैयार हो गई।

Translation:

Unhein phoolon ke paas ek chhoti si makkhī bhanbhanāti hui mili.

Kathphodwa ne makkhī ko bataya ki haathi ne gauraiyon ke andon ko nasht kar diya.

Makkhī ne suna aur gauraiyon ke liye nyaay ki yojna banane mein madad karne ke liye tayyar ho gayi.

English:

They found a tiny fly buzzing near flowers.

The woodpecker told the fly about the elephant destroying the sparrow’s eggs.

The fly listened and agreed to help plan justice for the sparrow.
