Translation:

Thandi chhaon talay, khargosh jaldi se so gaya.

Woh dour jeetnay aur sab ka us ke liye khushi mananay ka khwab dekh raha tha.

English:

Under the cool shade, the hare quickly fell asleep.

Translation:

Kaafi der ke baad woh us darakht tak pohancha jahan khargosh so raha tha.

Woh khargosh ki mazaahiya kharate sun kar muskuraya aur us ke paas se guzar gaya.

English:

English:

The tortoise didn’t stop or rest.

Step by step, he moved closer to the finish line.

He knew he just had to keep going.

Translation:

Ghuroob e aftaab par, khargosh apni neend se jaaga.

Us ne apni tangain kheenchein aur kachwa ko talaash kiya.

Jab usay kachwa nazar nahi aya, to us ne socha, "Main phir bhi aasani se jeet jaoon ga!"

English:

At sunset, the hare woke up from his nap.
