Translation:

Aik dafa ka zikr hai ke aik khargosh aur aik kachwa aik gaon ke qareeb rehtay thay.

English:

Translation:

Kachwa khargosh ke mazaaq se thak chuka tha.

Aik din us ne khargosh ko dour ki chunauti di.

Khargosh hansa lekin foran dour ke liye razamand ho gaya.

English:

The tortoise was tired of the hare’s teasing.

One day, he challenged the hare to a race.

The hare laughed but quickly agreed to the race.

The crow was chosen to be the judge.
