Translation:

Reṇḍu mēkalu nadiki avatali vaipuku chērukunnāyi.

Avi tirigi okarikokaru vīḍkōlu cheppukunnāyi.

Reṇḍu mēkalu tama telivaina praṇāḷikaku garvapaḍḍāyi.

English:

The two goats reached the opposite sides of the river.

They turned around and said goodbye to each other.

Both goats were proud of their clever plan.

Translation:

Grāmanlōni mēkalu ā katha vinnāyi.

Pōrāṭaṁ pariṣhkāraṁ kādani vāru grahin̄chāru.

Vāru ālōchin̄chi okarikokaru sahāyaṁ chēsukōvālani nirṇayin̄chukunnāru.

English:

The goats in the village heard the story.

They realized fighting is not the answer.

They decided to think and help each other.

Translation:

Appaṭi nuṇḍi, mēkalu vantenanu dāṭaḍāniki okadānikokaṭi sahāyaṁ chēsukunnāyi.

Avi vantulavārīgā lēdā kalisi panichēyaḍāniki telivaina mārgālanu kanugonnāyi.

Vantena andarikī surakṣhitamaina pradēśhaṅgā mārindi.

English:

From then on, the goats helped one another cross the bridge.

They took turns or found clever ways to work together.

The bridge became a safe place for everyone.

Translation:

Ā grāmaṁ praśhāntaṅgā, santōṣhaṅgā uṇḍēdi.

Mēkalu polāllō mēstū, nadi nīḷlu tāgutū uṇḍēvi.

Avi goḍavalu lēkuṇḍā kalisi jīvin̄chēvi.

English:

The village stayed peaceful and happy.

The goats grazed in the fields and drank from the river.

They lived together without fighting.
