यात्रा के बीच में, चतुर बकरी अचानक रुक गई और कुछ भूलने का नाटक किया।

उसने कहा, "अरे नहीं! मैं कुछ ज़रूरी चीज़ भूल गई।"

जब नाटक करने वाले भेड़िए ने सिर उठाया, तो बकरी समझ गई कि वह असली बकरी दोस्त नहीं है।

Translation:

Yātrā ke bīch mein, chatur bakrī achānak ruk gaī aur kuch bhūlne kā nāṭak kiyā.

Usne kahā, "Are nahīn! Main kuch zarūrī chīz bhūl gaī".

Jab nāṭak karne wāle bheṛiye ne sir uṭhāyā, to bakrī samajh gaī ki vah aslī bakrī dost nahīn hai.

English:

Midway through the journey, the wise goat suddenly stopped and pretended to forget something.

It said, “Oh no! I forgot something important."

When the pretending wolf lifted its head, the goat knew it was not a real goat friend.

चतुर बकरी सतर्क रही और भेड़ियों को ध्यान से देखती रही।

उसने देखा कि वे आपस में फुसफुसा रहे थे और धीरे-धीरे पास आ रहे थे।

उसकी समझदारी ने उसे सुरक्षित रखा और अगली चाल के लिए तैयार किया।

Translation:

Chatur bakrī satark rahī aur bheṛiyōn ko dhyān se dekhṭī rahī.

Usne dekhā ki ve āpas mein fusfusā rahe the aur dhīre-dhīre pās ā rahe the.

Uskī samajhdārī ne use surakṣit rakhā aur aglī chāl ke liye tayyār kiyā.

English:

The wise goat stayed alert and watched the wolves carefully.

She saw them whispering and slowly creeping closer.

Her smart thinking kept her safe and ready for her next move.

A goat running into a cave

चतुर बकरी जानती थी कि उसे जल्दी कुछ करना होगा।

उसने अपनी तेज़ अक़ल और तेज़ टाँगों से दौड़ लगाई।

वह चालाक भेड़ियों से दूर, जंगल में सुरक्षित भाग गई। आख़िर में, वह अपनी गुफा में भाग गई।

Translation:

Chatur bakrī jāntī thī ki use jaldī kuch karnā hogā.

Usne apnī tez akal aur tez ṭāṅgō se dauṛ lagāī.

Vah chālāk bheṛiyōn se dūr, jaṅgal mein surakṣit bhāg gaī. Ākhir mein, vah apnī gufā mein bhāg gaī.

English:

The wise goat knew she had to act quickly.

She used her sharp mind and fast legs to run away.

She escaped safely into the forest, far from the sneaky wolves. Finally, she ran into her cave.

भेड़िया दोस्त बनकर मीठी आवाज़ में बुलाने लगा।

चतुर बकरी ने उन पर भरोसा नहीं किया और खुद को सुरक्षित रखा।

Translation:

Chālāk bheṛiye ne bakrī ko pakaṛne kī naī yojnā banāī.

Bheṛiyā dost bankar mīṭhī āwāz mein bulāne lagā.

Chatur bakrī ne un par bharosā nahīn kiyā aur khud ko surakṣit rakhā.

English:

The sneaky wolf tried a new plan to catch the goat .

Wolf pretended to be friendly and called out sweetly, asking her to come.

The wise goat didn’t trust them and kept herself safe .
