फिर, उसने फिर से दस्तक दी और कहा, "खोलो, मेरे प्यारे गोसलिंग। यह तुम्हारी माँ है!"।

अब उसकी आवाज़ नरम लग रही थी।

Translation:

Bhediye ne apanee aavaaz ko madhur banaane ke lie kuchh chaak khaaya.

Phir, usane phir se dastak dee aur kaha, "kholo, mere pyaare gosaling. yah tumhaaree maan hai!".

Ab usakee aavaaz naram lag rahee thee.

English:

The wolf ate some chalk to make his voice sound sweeter.

Then, he knocked again and said, "Open up, my dear goslings. It’s your mother!".

His voice now sounded soft.

गोसलिंग ने दरवाज़े से झाँका और उसके काले पंजे देखे।

उन्होंने कहा, "तुम हमारी माँ नहीं हो!" तुम्हारे पंजे भेड़िये की तरह काले हैं!

भेड़िया गर्ज़ा और फिर से योजना बनाने चला गया।

Translation:

Gosaling ne daravaaze se jhaanka aur usake kaale panje dekhe.

Unhonne kaha, "tum hamaaree maan nahin ho!" tumhaare panje bhediye kee tarah kaale hain!

Bhediya garza aur phir se yojana banaane chala gaya

English:

The goslings peered through the door and saw his black paws.

They said, "You’re not our mother! Your paws are black like a wolf’s!" .

The wolf growled and left to plan again.

भेड़िये ने अपने पंजे आटे में लपेटे ताकि वे सफ़ेद दिखें।

वह वापस लौटा और फिर से दरवाजा खटखटाया और कहा, "यह तुम्हारी माँ है!" दरवाज़ा खोलो, मेरे प्यारे बच्चों!

गोसलिंग ने उसके सफ़ेद पंजे देखे और उस पर विश्वास कर लिया।

Translation:

Bhediye ne apane panje aate mein lapete taaki ve safed dikhen.

Vah vaapas lauta aur phir sedaravaaja khatkataya aur kaha, "yah tumhaaree maan hai!" daravaaza kholo, mere pyaare bachchon!

Gosaling ne usake safed panje dekhe aur us par vishvaas kar liya.

English:

The wolf rolled his paws in flour to make them look white.

He returned and knocked again, saying, "It’s your mother! Open the door, my dear children!".

The goslings saw his white paws and believed him.

यह सोचकर कि यह उनकी माँ है, गोसलिंग ने दरवाज़ा खोल दिया।

भेड़िया अंदर घुस आया और उनका पीछा करने लगा।

उसने छह गोसलिंग को पूरा निगल लिया, उसका पेट भर गया, और वह वहाँ से चला गया।

लेकिन सबसे छोटा बच्चा एक घड़ी के केस में छिप गया।

Translation:

Yah sochakar ki yah unakee maan hai, gosaling ne daravaaza khol diya.

Bhediya andar ghus aaya aur unaka peechha karane laga.

Usane chhah gosaling ko poora nigal liya, usaka pet bhar gaya, aur vah vahaan se chala gaya.

Lekin sabase chhota bachcha ek ghadee ke kes mein chhip gaya.

English:

Thinking it was their mother, the goslings opened the door.

The wolf burst in and chased them.

He swallowed six goslings whole, with his tummy full, and he left the place.

But the youngest hid in a clock case.
