Add ten’s place. So, it will be 0 + 0 = 0. Write 0 directly to the Ten’s place.

Add hundred’s place. So, it will be 7 + 7 = 14. Now there is no carryover and we can directly write 14 in the hundredth’s column. Therefore, the sum of 700 + 700 = 1400.
