Use a ruler and draw a horizontal line of length 10.8 units. Name the end points of this line as NP.

Place the center of the protactor on N and look for 25° in the scale of the protactor and mark it as point M.

Now, place the centre of the protactor on U ad look for 38° in the protactor.
