\$ wx + yz + x + z \$

Now substitute "\$w,x,y,z\$" values in the expression

\$ (2/5)(1/5) + (8/5)(9/5) + 1/5 + 9/5 \$

After multplication we get

\$ 2/25 + 72/25 + 1/5 + 9/5 \$

Taking LCM as "25" we get

\$ (2 + 72 + 1\times5 + 9\times5)/25 \$

After multplication we get

\$ (2 + 72 + 5 + 45)/25 \$

After simplification we get, we get

\$ 124/25 \$
